CLEANZ received a call from a housing association client, about a property that was in an environmentally unclean state.

The one bedroom property was previously occupied by an elderly lady who had several cats.

Seven large skips were used to clear out all the rubbish, before cleaning could be started.

Initially CLEANZ were instructed to remove and dispose of the kitchen units and sanitary ware.
